FLAME uses a 3-buckle closure system where each buckle works independently from the others, each composed of a toothed strap and a hook with micrometric adjustment memory. The buckle, strap, and hook are replaceable. The buckles have only one fixed point (via a screw), which ensures easy closing allowing the boot to adapt to the leg of the rider and to provide greater comfort.

For better racing performance and safety, the boot is equipped with, on the rear support structure, a system similar to Verterbra System used on Sidi’s Road Racing boots making it more flexible and a joint, the Flex System, where the plastic heal ends.
